Producers of oysters and mussels from Bouchot in Normandy with more than 20 years of tradition in the "pleine mer" cultivation process

For over two decades, we have been working in the cold, bountiful waters of Normandy, driven by a passion: to offer the world the very best the sea has to offer. With hard work, patience, and respect for nature, we began cultivating Bouchot oysters and mussels using the traditional methods that have distinguished this region for centuries.

Our cultivation process takes place in the open sea, where each cycle is respected with rigor and dedication. The oysters grow slowly, maturing at nature's pace, while the bouchot mussels develop on wooden posts, caressed by the tides and enriched by the nutrients in our waters.

We produce with love and respect for these unique products, aware that each one is destined for a special purpose: to serve the hospitality industry, where chefs and professionals value the authenticity, freshness and unmistakable flavor of Normandy.

This commitment to time, quality, and sustainability has always been our guiding principle. What began as a small family project has become a renowned brand, but we maintain the essence of our beginnings: working with the sea, never against it , to offer a product that reflects tradition, excellence, and authenticity.
